Seymour Sinclair Investments is a subscriber to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) who are an independent third party to which customers can refer complaints to if they cannot be resolved amicably with the firm. Complaints should however be referred to the firm in the first instance. We endeavour to ensure our services operate smoothly but occasionally we may not be able to meet client expectations and you may feel the need to make a formal complaint.
