HOW THE RE-REGISTRATION SERVICE WORKS

We use Cofunds and FundsNetwork Platforms for this service as they both offer our clients simplicity and exceptional value. Whilst the Re-registration process is being carried out, your money stays exactly as you hold it now, invested in the same funds and managed by the same companies. All that changes is the administration will be done by the chosen Platform.

One change that you should be aware of is that when you Re-register your investments, they will move onto the new low charging ‘Clean Share’ Class. As all funds are held as Clean Share funds, should the fund you wish to re-register not be available as a clean share class, we will be able to let you know what other similar funds are available.

As a guide, we aim to complete the process within four to six weeks (this depends on your current providers and could be done quicker), and you will be sent a confirmation letter once everything is done.

*Please note that Cofunds and Fundsnetwork cannot accept partial re- registrations of investments and the funds must also be available from their list of providers.
